It’s almost here!

The Road to Riches Morel Mushroom Scholarship Program is a first-of-its-kind partnership opportunity created by the Be A Mushroom (BAM) Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to mentorship, financial literacy, and youth opportunity.

This program invites car clubs, schools, organizations, and school-based groups to make a direct, visible, and lasting impact—either by awarding a scholarship to a graduating senior from their own community or raising funds to support their organization—while participating in one of Arizona’s most dynamic, family-focused car show experiences.

The Road to Riches program empowers participating groups to:

• Select and support a graduating high school senior from their own community, or
• Raise funds that directly support their own organization or program
   

All while taking part in high-energy BAM car shows that bring together families, businesses, and community leaders from across Arizona.

BAM car shows are designed to be inclusive, exciting, and community-centered:

• Free spectator access
   
• Free kids and youth activities
   
• Food trucks and local market vendors
   
• Exclusive three-level garage access
  (Two parking spots per registered vehicle when available)
   
• DJ, live music, raffles, and premium awards
   
• On-stage recognition for all scholarship recipients and participating groups
   
• A strong commitment to charitable impact and youth success
   

Participation is simple and scalable:

• Your club or organization registers at least 25 vehicles for a BAM car show
• Registration cost: $25 per vehicle
• All vehicles register through Eventbrite, listing your group name so you receive credit
   

• Every 25 registered vehicles = $500
• Funds can be awarded as:
  • A scholarship to a graduating high school senior selected by your group, or
  • A direct contribution to your organization, your choice
     

Scholarships and organizational awards are presented on stage each April at the Road to Riches Financial Literacy Car Show.

Groups may participate in multiple events to increase their total impact.

The Road to Riches scholarship year begins in December and concludes with awards presented in April.

To ensure a meaningful and organized experience, each participating group designates a leadership representative who agrees to:

• Attend two planning meetings
• Coordinate vehicle registrations within their group
• Be present at the April Scholarship Award Ceremony
   

Additional requirements:

• Clubs submit a short bio for their scholarship recipient, read on stage 
• Organizations submit a written impact statement explaining how the funds support their mission

This program removes barriers and puts impact where it belongs—in the hands of the communities that know their people best.
